Our Figure 8 Blinds, commonly known as Spectacle Blinds, are precision-engineered piping components designed to provide absolute isolation within a pipeline or vessel. Shaped like a pair of spectacles (hence the name), this device consists of two discs connected by a small section of steel: one solid disc (the "Blind") and one open ring (the "Spacer" or "Ring"). This configuration allows for rapid, reliable, and visual confirmation of the system's status—either fully open for operation or fully closed for maintenance.

Packaging

To prevent deformation during shipping, Spectacle Blinds are secured in wooden crates with protective corner guards. Critical dimensions and material certification are included with every shipment.
