Quality Assurance & Packaging

• Surface Finish: Flanges are free of scale, cracks, and surface imperfections. Pickling and passivation treatments are available to enhance the oxide layer.

• Testing: Hydrostatic testing, Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and Radiographic Testing (RT) are available upon request.

• Packaging: To prevent corrosion during transit, flanges are packed with protective plastic caps and separated by non-metallic materials to avoid carbon steel contamination (which can cause rust spots).
